WellBeing to Sleep Well Event
Hosted by Green Synergy and The Lincolnshire Sleep Hub, will take place at Hillside Garden, Roman Pavement, Lincoln, LN2 on Wednesday, 9 July, from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This relaxing day in nature will feature activities such as an Outdoor Sound Bath, Qi-Gong, Samurai-Shiatsu Massage, a Mindfulness Walk, Nature Crafts, stalls, and more.
